A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice total.

While we make every effort to accommodate scheduling preferences, service dates are subject to change due to weather conditions. We appreciate your flexibility should adjustments be necessary.

Any changes to the scope of work—including the number of planters or beds, or plant selections—must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the scheduled service date to allow proper planning and sourcing.

Pretty Pots is not responsible for plant damage caused by inclement weather or for the ongoing maintenance of planters after installation.

The final invoice is due upon receipt.

A 5% late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance 14 days after the invoice date.
